ORSA

Oak Ridge Sportsman Association

ORSA All-Events Championship

The match will consist of Action Pistol, High Power Rifle, Skeet, and Trap. Participants will be grouped in 10-person squads and will rotate through the events in 2-hour time blocks. Loaner guns will be available in each of the venues, or feel free to bring your own, as long as they meet the venue guidelines. The venue directors will have final approval for ALL personal firearms and ammunition being used…check the individual events for appropriate firearms.

Registration for the match will be $20. That will include lunch, High Power Rifle ammunition, Cowboy Action ammunition, and Skeet/Trap clay targets. Registration forms must be postmarked by February 16th. This first year is a learning experience for all of us, so we are limiting registrations to 40 participants. We will have a random draw on February 23rd to determine the field of 40. For those great folks who will be volunteering to help in their usual venues on the day of the match, we will have a Staff Day on Friday, March 29th, so they can shoot for the championship also.

Do you need some experience in any of the included disciplines? Each of the venues will be holding New Shooter Clinics in March.

All participants will be required to bring eye and ear protection. All ORSA Rules and Guidelines will apply! You will still be expected to bring a minimum of 100 rounds of 9mm pistol ammo and 50 rounds of shotgun ammo.
